Nacho Dip is an essential part of any successful tailgate, and this stuff was always gone well before kickoff.
1 (16 OZ.) CAN REFRIED BEANS
½ PACKAGE OF TACO SEASONING MIX
1 (6OZ.) CONTAINER AVOCADO DIP
1 (8 0Z.) CONTAINER SOUR CREAM
1 (4.5 OZ.) CAN CHOPPED RIPE OLIVES
1 (4.5OZ.) CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILES
1 SMALL ONION, CHOPPED
2 TOMATOES, CHOPPED
1 ½ TO 2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEESE (USE CHEDDAR, MONTERREY JACK, or PREPACKAGED “MEXICAN MIX”)
Stir together the refried beans and the taco seasoning mix.
Spread in bottom of 13×9 dish.
Refrigerate until you devour.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
