brioche or kaiser buns

garlic dill pickle

Steps

  • Coat interior of buns with mayo and toast in the pan on medium high heat. Remove when toasted.
  • Cut the 4-5 ham slices in half and add into pan. Reduce heat to medium.
  • Cut the pickles in to large chips and add to pan. Heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Stir in BBQ sauce and celery salt. Turn off the heat and let rest.
  • Sandwich the hot meat between the buns, add fried onion straws, and serve immediately
